    Day 01
    Tbilisi walking tour
    • Megobari Tours Georgia guide will meet you at Tbilisi airport. Transfer to Tbilisi Hotel.
    • After rest we will start Tbilisi walking tour.
    • We will wander through the streets of Old Tbilisi, visit old churches, take a cable car to the Narikala fortress, see the modern architectural bridge of Peace, and pass by the famous Abanotubani sulfur bath district, where we will learn a legend of "Tbilisi" name and see Leghvtakhevi waterfall.
    • At the agreed time you will have lunch.
    • Drive by car to the Sameba Cathedral and Transfer to the Tbilisi Hotel.

    Day 02
    Greater Caucasus mountains
    • 9 am Start your journey to the Greater Caucasus mountains. You will travel on the Georgian Military Road which was used by traders as early as the 1st century BC, after a short stop at Zhinvali Dam, you will continue to the medieval Ananuri fortress complex with beautiful views of the lake. You will have lunch on the way at a traditional restaurant & taste delicious Khinkali dumplings. In the morning we will go towards Stepansminda, and stop at an emblematic Georgian friendship monument with a beautiful mountain panorama. Continue to the 15th-century Gergeti Trinity church at 2170m. in front of Georgia‘s second-highest peak Kazbegi. After enjoying views of the mountains you will stop for a coffee break at the Rooms Hotel Kazbegi, and take a car back to Tbilisi, at 7 – 9 pm.

    Day 03
    visit the cradle of Christianity in Georgia
    • 9 am Start the journey, at first, you will visit the cradle of Christianity in Georgia – Mtskheta, and the 4th-century Jvari church with the iconic panorama of theconfluence of two rivers. You will listen here to the legends related to the beginning of Christianity in Georgia & enjoy beautiful views. Continue to one of oldestsettlements in Georgia, an ancient cave city Uplistsikhe with history from the second millennium BC. On the way back you will stop at the medieval Gori fortress, and continue to Kutaisi.
    • In the evening at 4-5 pm transfer to the Kutaisi hotel.

    visit natural monuments in the region
    • In the morning we will head to visit natural monuments in the region. Start with Martvili Canyon, where you will walk on the stone paved trail, see waterfalls and enjoy a short ride in a turquoise river deeper in the canyon, at Okatse Waterfall you will walk on a specially built platform near the 70-meter waterfall. Before continuing to the next stop, you will have a short stop for the traditional Georgian sweet "Churchkhela" masterclass. At Prometheus Cave, you will walk 1,5km on an underground route through beautiful halls of stalactites.
    • Transfer to Kutaisi Hotel.
    • Overnight in Kutaisi.

    • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

    • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

    • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

    • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

     

    • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

    • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

    • The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)...

     

     

    • 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
    • Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
    • 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15 days of departure date.
    • 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of departure date.
    • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

    • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
